How to Use:
Activate the PUSH IT UP BROWS Soap Bar by spraying 1-3 drops of the PUSH IT UP BROWS Activator.
Swirl your eyebrow brush onto the PUSH IT UP BROWS Soap Bar until it coats the brush completely.
Brush your eyebrows in an upward motion into the desired shape using the comb side.
Lay the eyebrow hairs flat onto the surface of the skin using the flat end of the brush.
